Jim and Tracy Kaiser
Tracy is originally from White Oak and I am from Mt. Airy (west side of Cincinnati). We met each other our junior year of high school. Tracy went to Colerain High School – class of 81 and I went to La Salle High School – class of 81. We were married in 1984. After living in Colerain Township for seven years, we moved to Liberty Township in 1992. We have four wonderful children. Ashley was born in 1988, Abby was born in 1990, Alex was born in 1991 and Andrew was born in 1995. All four of our children attend Lakota schools. Over the years, Tracy has done much volunteer work with the schools. Early on, I earned my degree in Business Management. I worked for a large corporation for 21 years and have been working for a small company the past couple of years. Tracy and I both love children and saw that there was a great need for childcare and education in the Lakota community. Our desire is to offer the families of the Lakota community a state of the art facility and a caring and educated staff that will work with them to build a solid foundation for our children; always remembering that our children are our most precious commodity.
Katie Fitzpatrick
Hi my name is Katie Fitzpatrick. I recently earned my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati. I have worked in the Early Childhood field for 6 years. I have worked in two local daycare centers and have student taught pre-school at a Head Start center in Clifton. I, also, student taught Kindergarten at the Fairfield Early Childhood center and Third grade at Amelia Elementary. I am a member of Kappa Delta Phi, which is a national honor society for teachers.
To tell you a little about myself I am currently living in West Chester, OH. Things that I enjoy doing in my free time are reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Debbie Even
Hi, my name is Debbie Even, and I am the Development Coordinator here at All About Kids. I am very excited to be here and interacting with your children on a daily basis.
I have been in the Liberty Township area my entire life, and I am a graduate of Lakota High School. I have been married to my wonderful husband for the last 35 years, and I have two children and five grandchildren, not to mention two dogs and two cats. My son, Jim, lives in Hilliard with his wife, Danielle, and their three children; Connor, 9, Carter, 5, and Hailey, 4. My daughter Shawna, lives in Fairfield with her husband Dave, and children; Meghan, 10, and Kayleb, 2.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. I also enjoy camping, boating, hiking, and visiting craft and antique shops.
I am here various hours Monday-Friday, and I look forward to the opportunity to address any questions or concerns and to become an extended member of your family.
Lisa Salek
Hello my name is Lisa Salek. I graduated from Lakota High in 1989. I attended Southwestern College for Medical Assistant Program while in school I worked at a daycare. I have been working in day cares for 11 years. I have worked mainly with preschool and school age children but I enjoy working with children of all ages. I have 6 children of my own ranging in ages from 2 years to 17 years old. I reside in the West Chester area with all of my children. I plan to continue my education and earn my CDA in the near future. I am here at All About Kids from 8:30am-5:30pm if you ever have any questions or concerns. I am always available for any suggestions or needs that you or your child may have.

Kelly Holmes
You are probably wondering who the short dark haired lady is in room #1. Hello, my name is Kelly Holmes and I am so looking forward to taking care of your child. I have lived in Liberty Township for 14 years with my family. I have a daughter who is 18 and a son who is 13. My daughter attends collage at The University of Cincinnati and my son is going to school at Liberty Junior. My husband is employed for Lakota Schools.
I attended school at Carlisle and graduated in 1979. I attended Ohio Visual Arts Institute where I received a degree in Commercial Art. I worked for 13 years in Engineering as a detailer in the electrical and mechanical fields at several companies in the Cincinnati area. I, also, was a stay at home mom for 7 years. I had a small daycare out of my home. My son attended a co-op preschool when he was 3 and 4 years old and I caught the teaching bug.
I worked at a previous daycare center for 6 years and decided to give All About Kids a try. I look forward to giving your child a loving and warm environment to learn and grow.
Angel Lee
Hi! My name is Angel and Welcome to Room 1! I will be working with your children and I am very excited and grateful for this opportunity. I have been around children pretty much my entire life, helping out at other daycares, and having a child of my own. I am confident your child will be in great hands. This is the first time I have actually worked in a Childcare Center yet I have already picked up so much from their unique daily schedules and their bright personalities. They are so much fun to be around. Even on Mondays!!!!
To tell you a little bit about myself, I am 22 years old and I graduated from Ross Senior High school and also from the Academy of Court Reporting where I received an Associates Degree in Scoping. I live in the Ross/Hamilton area and have a 13 month old little girl, Makenzie, who also attends All About Kids. I really enjoy interacting with children. I love working with them on their advancements in life as far as teaching them new things, working with them on their motor skills, and preparing them on interacting with children of their own age.
I look forward to spending the milestones of a lifetime with your children and appreciate the trust you give myself and all of the teachers here at All About Kids. We Love Them All! My hours are 9:30-6:30, please feel free to talk with me about any questions or concerns.
Janae Kimble
Hello, my name is Janae Kimble and I am 20 years old. I graduated from Fairfield High School in 2005 and still plan on attending college in the very near future.
I have a daughter named Jayla, she's 2 years old. She is in room 5 here at All About Kids!
I've been working in child care for 2 years now and I absolutely love it! I am, also, excited to be working with your children and to be a part of their lives! If you have any questions or concerns I am here from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
Kathy Obert
Hi! My name is Kathy Obert and I am a Teacher in the Infant room 2. I am here every morning from 6:30 to 10:30. I am older than just about everyone here, but I don't let that dampen my enthusiasm for taking care of my young charges. I have been married to my husband, Bob, for 37 years. We have 3 children. Andy is 33 and lives in Dallas with his wife and my two grandchildren, J.R. 3 and Dru age 14 months. My daughter Becca, 31, lives in Virginia and my youngest son, Dave, 28, lives in Northern Kentucky. I worked in a pediatric clinic for 7 years, in a childcare center for 2 years where I met Ms. Debbie at the front desk. I, also, worked for 5 years with my husband at the business he owned until he sold it in 2004. We were going to retire and Bob lasted 1 month before going back to work. I lasted 3 years and decided retirement isn't all that great especially after my grandson moved to Texas 2 years ago! It is nice to be doing something I really love and that's being around children and the other young people I work with.
In my free time, I like to read and travel to see my children and grandchildren. Also, besides taking care of my husband, I have an 11 year old Lab and 2 year old Beagle.

April Murray
Hello and welcome to Room 2, I am Ms. April and am very excited to be a part of your child's day. My favorite things to do in Room 2 are tummy time, tickle time, and of course cuddle time. A little about me, my husband, Matt, and I have been together 8 years, married 2 and we have a one year old son Carson (in Room 3). I enjoy reading, watching football (Go Bengals!!), and spending time with my family. Since I was a preteen, I have loved being around kids and teaching them. At 15, I taught a 10 year old handicapped boy Basic Spanish. The next year I taught 60-fourth-graders Basic Spanish, which led me to choose a major in education. After 2 years at Miami University I decided to take some time off and began working in sales. For five years, I managed a multi-million dollar business until my son was just over a year old. Over several months I saw how much my son enjoyed his time here and how all of the teachers just seemed to love their jobs. It re-awoke that desire to teach and be around children. I started school again in August '07 and am currently attending. Since starting here I have never been happier, I get to spend more time with my family, and be a part of your child's most growth filled year. I am here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:30-6:30 and Tuesday and Thursday 3:00-6:30, if you have any questions or just want to chat about your child's day.
Megan White
Hi my name is Megan White, and I am the 8:30-5:30 teacher in your child's class. I am 24 years old and engaged to be married in June of 2008. I have worked in child care for 6 years. I gave birth to my first child in August. I had a little boy and his name is Landen. It has definitely been a fun and challenging experience so far. I am looking forward to the years ahead with him. I do go to college but have taken a little time off since the baby. I do plan to go back this winter and finish my dgree in radiology. I hope to one day take CAT scans and MRI's. I have always loved children. Before I had my own child, I spent many nights with my nieces. I have worked with children of all ages. I think that it is a great feeling to have to know that each and every day I am making some kind of difference in a child's life. It is great to see children smile. Teri Hodge
Hi, my name is Teri Hodge and I am originally from Sharonville, Ohio. I have a daughter, Kylee, who is in the first grade at Creekside. I am also expecting another daughter in early March who will be named Audrina. I have a 2 year certificate in Early Childhood from Scarlet Oaks Vocational School. I love working with your children and I am looking forward to helping your children develop more and more each day. I recently purchased a house here in West Chester where I live with my daughter and fiancé.

Jennifer Carstens
Hi, my name is Jennifer Carstens. I am a teacher in the 12-18 month old room. I work 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day. I look forward to working with you children.
I grew up in Greenhills and moved to West Chester during High School. I graduated from Lakota in 1992. I then went to college at Eastern Kentucky University. I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies. I was also very active in my sorority Pi Beta Phi.
I have worked with children since I was ten years old and knew that this is what I wanted to study. I started babysitting regularly and then I was a nanny for a family who had three kids. I am now a single mom raising my son, Matthew, who is 3 years old.
When I am not working I spend time with my son. He is precious to me! I also enjoy time with my family and friends.

Jenna Smith
My name is Jenna Smith. I really enjoy working in Room 3 with all of my little friends. I am twenty one years old and attend Miami University. I am working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education and will graduate in 2010.
I graduated from Lakota East in 2005. I enjoy playing the piano, flute, and guitar. I love fixing things and making things. I enjoy reading and of course working with children.
I have an older brother and sister who are 18 years older than I am. I, also, have a younger brother.
I am very happy to be a part of the All About Kids Family.
Ashley Kaiser
Hello-My name is Ashley Kaiser. I am a teacher in the 12-18 month room. I graduated from Lakota West High School in 2006 and am currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development at Miami University. My family has lived in Liberty Township since 1992. I live with my parents, Tracy and Jim, along with my sister Abby and brothers Alex and Andrew. I really enjoy working with the children at All About Kids.
Donna Callahan
Hello. Let me introduce myself, my name is Donna Callahan. I am 61 years old; I have two sons, 2 step-sons, and 1 step-daughter. I also have 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. I have a wonderful husband of 20 years, this is my second marriage and we were married in 1987.
We moved to Oxford, Ohio and there I worked for the Talawanda School District for 10 years. While I was the head cook there, I also graduated with my G.E.D. in 1993. I then went on to be certified to teach reading to adults and children in the Laidlaw Literacy Course. I taught reading to children and adults for two years.
After being there for 10 years, I decided to apply for a job at a children's learning center. I just loved it, I got lots of hugs and kisses and pictures mad for me, and a lot of "I love you"s. I was the centers area kitchen supervisor for 6 centers. After 5 years, I really wanted to get into teaching, especially the Pre-K, they are so much fun. So, out of the kitchens and into the classrooms I went. During this time, I proceeded to accomplish another goal, my C.D.A.
This certification is awarded to individuals who have been assessed and found competent to assume responsibilities for children from birth through age 5. I completed my classes and now have my C.D.A. I am also looking into management some day. I love children, watching them grow, and they joy in their eyes when they accomplish something. Just being around these children is a blessing.
So, here I am at All About Kids now, with a C.D.A and a wonderful atmosphere and staff. There are children all over the place to keep me feeling young. I will do my very best to help your children grow, keep them safe and to love them.
Robin Hall
Hi, my name is Robin Hall. I am 23 years old. I just got married on May 26, 2007. I also have two step children, Ashley who is 6 and Robbie who is 9. They are great kids and I love them very much. I live in Hamilton in Lindenwald and really like the neighborhood. I have been working with kids for 5 years now, it is lots of fun and I really enjoy doing it.
Katrina Young
Hi, my name is Katrina Young and I am from Franklin, Ohio. I have recently begun working at All About Kids this May of 2008. I graduated from Franklin High School in 2005 and I currently attend Miami University majoring in Marketing. My interest in children has come from my family and friends. I have a very large and close relationship with my family and being around children is an everyday thing. I have been coaching youth activities for the past three years and I have enjoyed every part of it. I love to be around the children and use my knowledge and experience to help and teach them new things. It’s not too often you wake up excited for work and this is one of the experiences that you do. I will be working with all age groups here at the daycare and I look forward to every minute that I will be spending here and meeting all of you and your little ones.
LaKeisha Carter
Hi, my name is Ms. Lakeisha and I am a teacher in the 24-30 month room. I am 23 years old and I live in Middletown with my mom and sister. I enjoy going to church, reading my bible, and spending time with my family. I am attending Miami University Middletown and my major is Pre-Kindergarten. When I worked at an after school program, I fell in love with children and I knew then that I was going to be a teacher. Being a tutor at an after school program really made me happy because I could see the progress that I was making with each child in my classroom.

Valerie Cox
My name is Valerie Cox and it is a privilege to be able to work with your children. I am married and have 4 children, ages 12 to 21. Life is very busy at my house! We attend the Bereax Baptist Church of Middletown, Ohio. This is a very important part of our lives.
Over the years I have worked with children of all ages. I started at around 12 years old, helping in the nursery of my church and was soon able to help the young children in Sunday School and Wednesday night classes. At 16 years old, I was teaching my own 2 and 3 year old class. The last 5 years I have taught 10-14 year olds.
I worked for 11 years at the H.T.R. Christian School. I began as a teachers aid in the Jr. High and High School. Eventually I moved to the elementary and began teaching. I was certified through the Accelerated Christian Education Program and taught 1st-4th grades. I loved it! In 2002, the school closed and I went to work with the mentallyand physically disabled. I enjoyed my work very much but wanted to return to working with children.

Erica Yenke
Hi! I'm Erica Yenke. I've worked in daycare for 2 1/2 years. I graduated in 2006 from Ross and Butler Tech, where I was in a 2 year program for early childhood development. I plan to further my education at Miami University in the fall.
About me...I've lived in Ross for 19 years. I have 5 brothers and sisters and I'm the youngest. I have 4 dogs. In my free time I enjoy camping, four wheeling, and horse back riding.

Jennifer Rosenbalm
Hi! My name is Jennifer Rodenbalm. I was born and raised in Fairfield, Ohio. I graduated from Fairfield High School in 2005. Currently I am attending Southwestern College, pursuing my Associate's Degree as a Medical Administrative Assistant. I have an amazing fiancé named Eric and a gorgeous stepdaughter, McKenzie who is 18 months. I look forward to meeting you and working with your children. Heather Hann
Hello, my name is Heather Hann. I was born January 1st, 1985. I have two brothers and one sister. I got married March 1st of 2003, to a wonderful man named Josh. We now have two beautiful daughters, Kayle (4/23/02) and Isabella (9/20/06). I'm very close to my family. Family is everything.
I love to scrapbook, take pictures, fish and camp (the old fashion way...in a tent, on the ground, in a sleeping bag, in the woods). I love to spend time shopping and being with my family and friends. My favorite thing to do is teaching. Whether it's learning to read or write, you've made an impact in a child's life.
I've been in child care since 2002 and have worked with different age groups, each with their own rewards. I've learned that each class is different but exciting at the same time. I love being around children. If you pay attention, you will learn something new from them. I've learned to be a better friend, to open up and most important, to LOVE.

Jamie Marcum
My name is Jamie Marcum. I am 18 years old. I graduated from Lakota East in 2007. I am, also, certified in Early Childhood Education through D. Russel Lee, Butler Tech. I absolutely love children and I am so excited to be working with your children. I am currently taking business classes through the University of Phoenix. When I complete my business degree, I hope to move on in school to obtain an Early Childhood Degree.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to shop and spend money! I, also, really enjoy scrapbooking and playing around with arts and crafts.
Room 7 is full of fun and excitement and I love working with these kids.
Shiela Berry
Hi! My name is Shiela Berry. I am originally from Southern California. I have lived in Liberty Township for the last 14 years. I have two children, Jennifer who is 16 and Steven who is 13. In our free time we love to go to the movies, ride bikes, swim and just have fun outdoors.
I have completed 48 hours in Early Childhoodl Education training and have been teaching Preschool for the last four years. I love teaching this age. The children are so eager to learn, and they always have the funniest things to say. I am so excited to teach your children and watch them grow. I know we will have a fun time learning!

Nora Grossnickle
Hi! My name is Nora Grossnickle and I was born and raised in Liberty Township. I spent three years living in Kentucky where I attended Asbury College but moved back to Liberty Township when I got married. My husband, Jason, and I have been married since January of 2004 and we just had our first child, a little girl we named Madeline on June 15th.
I have about 10 years experience working with children. I started helping in our church nursery and teaching junior church when I was a teenager. I served as Junior Church Director at our church for several years and also currently serve on our Board of Christian Education and Church Council. Currently my husband and I serve as the Junior High Youth Leaders at our church in Fairfield.
In our spare time, my husband and I enjoy camping, 4-wheeling and spending time with our family and friends. I also enjoy scrap booking and cooking when I can find the time and energy! Working with children has always been my passion and I truly look forward to teaching your kids and learning with them.

Jeri Hagemeyer
Hi, my name is Jeri Hagemeyer. I am from Hamilton, Ohio and I have lived there my whole life with my mom. I have one child who is three years old, her name is Emma Marie. She means everything in the world to me. We love to go shopping, swimming, and our favorite thing to do is to go to Flubs and split a strawnana cyclone!
I enjoy; going out with my friends and family, watching football, GO BUCKS! WHO-DEY!.
I have worked with all ages of children, but I have to say my favorite is the Pre-K room. They are so eager and willing to learn new and interesting things. I have been with All About Kids for a little more than a year and a half. I look forward to learning and growing with you child.

Lisa Hogan
Hello, I am Ms. Lisa and I am the teacher for the school age and kindergarten children. I have worked in this field before when my children were growing up. I have over 5 years experience working in this field and missed the opportunity of watching children learn. That is why I choose to start working in this field again. I have lived in Hamilton, Ohio all my life and raised my three children there. My oldest son received is B.S degree in Finance from U.C and is a Sgt. in the National Guard and will soon be stationed in Germany. My second son is a senior at Miami University and my daughter, Laura who is also a teacher here at All About Kids is a junior at Miami University. I look forward to bringing in as much fun as possible with an educational value. My favorite words of wisdom are "Children learn what they live."
Some of the things I enjoy doing are reading, listening to music, going to the movies, tap dancing, and working with children.
Jayme Murray
Hi! My name is Jayme Murray and I am a teacher in the School Age and Kindergarten room. I have my Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education, which I received from The Ohio State University. I also recently took graduate courses at Xavier University to earn my teaching license, which I received this past summer. I love working with children and have been for the past seven years participating in various activities including; tutoring, summer camps, daycares, student teaching, and subbing. I love working at All About Kids and being with your children each day, I have so much fun! GO BUCKEYES!!!!
Jason Daily
Greetings and Salutations,
My name is Mr. Jason. I have lived in West Chester my entire life. I started working with children in high school in 1994 as a Peer Counsler for Lakota. Since then I have taught piano to children and adults, and I am currently enrolled in the Master's program at the University of Cincinnati for Middle Education. I will receive my certification next March and hope to become a civilian educator for the armed services.
I am married to my lovely wife, Liza, who has been my best friend for fifteen years. We were married last June and just purchased our first home in Morrow (don't worry I like the drive, it is quite lovely this time of year). We do not have any children of our own but hope to start a family later next year after we get settled into our house.
My favorite hobby is writing. I love music, words, books, poems; I am in for any type of literature. I realized my talent for teaching four years ago when I started at UC. I love working with children and seeing them through the many stages of growth.
So few people can truly say that they love their job and I feel blessed to be one of those few.
Matt Gottschalk

My name is Matt Gottschalk and I am very excited to be a part of the All About Kids School Age Team. I am looking forward to a fun and rewarding year, and I hope all of your children will tell you the same.
A little about myself-I graduated from New Knoxville High School about 100 miles north of Cincinnati in 1993. I grew up on a farm in a really small town- my graduating class was 37! I enjoy fishing, hunting, golf, The Ohio State University sports teams, teaching, and cooking. My family owns a small restaurant in New Knoxville where I am the cook on weekends. I also run a small catering business and compete in chicken wing competitions. I plan to own it one of these days.
In the course of all of this I also got married in May. We had a beach wedding in South Caronlina (I catered it), honeymoon in Alaska, and then had a reception for about 350 people in New Knoxville (yes-I catered it, too!). We have now lived in Fairfield for about 3 years, and hopefully children will soon follow.
My formal education began at Bowling Green State University where I was an Elementary Education major for four years. I left the university to help my family with the business. I then transferred to Wright State University and began to attend classes when I could, along with working full-time. I love to teach and to cook, and now I get to do both.
I have been in the childcare business for three years in Cincinnati. I really enjoy the children and the parents. Samantha Ritchie
Hi, my name is Samantha Ritchie and I am a floating teacher here at All About Kids. I am 21 years old and I graduated from Lakota East High School. I have lived in West Chester my whole life, but just recently moved to an apartment in Fairfield. I am currently a senior at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where I am studying special education and speech pathology. I hope to find a career working with elementary age students with disabilities.
When I am not working I enjoy being outdoors swimming, fishing, and boating. I cherish all the time I get to spend with friends and family. I have a boyfriend of two years and a younger brother and older sister. I have always loved working with children and I enjoy coming to work and seeing your kids each day!
Abby Kaiser
Hello - My name is Abby Kaiser. I am a part time teacher’s aid at All About Kids. I am a student at Lakota West High School. My family has lived in Liberty Township since 1992. I live with my parents, Tracy and Jim, along with my sister Ashley and brothers Alex and Andrew. I enjoy working with the children at the Center.
Dina Brazelton
Hi, my name is Dina Brazelton and I am a teacher in the Infant Room 2. I am a graduate of Middletown Christian High school, class of '84. I started working at Middletown Christian Preschool and Daycare Center right after graduation. I worked in the Daycare with Kindergarten thru 6th grade for 5 years. During my time at MCS Preschool and Daycare Center I became a graduate of Rets Tech Center for Travel and Tourism in 1988.
After the birth of my first child, I decided to do childcare in my home. I had newborns through 4 year olds in my care. I was able to do this in my home for 16 1/2 years. I enjoyed taking care of them.
I married my husband Eric (High School Sweetheart) in the year of 1985. We have two children, Shane who is 17 and Taylor-Morgan who is 13.
We attend Miltonville Baptist Church in Trenton, Ohio where my father-in-law is the Pastor. My husband and I are active in our church. I do the church bulletin each month and my husband leads the choir.
