Dear Mr. and Mrs Kaiser
My name is Mike DeRossett and my wife and I have our 18 month old son at your Lakota Center. I can not tell you how happy my wife and I are with your day care. We recently pulled him out of Out Reach day care in Middletown because we felt that are son was not getting the care that he needed and deserved while my wife and I were at work. We think it is very important that Nathan is exposed to kids his own age to develop the necessary social skills that he will use later in life and we also feel that it is good that Nathan is away from his Mom and Dad for short periods of time (even though it is difficult for us )so he would also feel comfortable around other people so, we thought that we would give your day care a chance to prove to us that we could trust your teachers and facility before my wife decided to quit work and be a stay at home mom even though it would strap us financially. I have to say that we are very happy with Kelly and your other staff including but not limited to Katie your Director and Jennifer you Assistant Director. They were very nice to me when I initially went in to gather information about your center and have been every since. I can honestly say, when I drop my son off in the morning I have peace of mind knowing my son is safe and well taken care of, If I do have the opportunity to refer your center to my friends or business partners I will certainly do so. Please share this e-mail with you staff at the Lakota Center because I think that it is important that they also know that they are greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how pleased we are with your childcare center. Our son Cole just loves it and is so comfortable there with his teachers and new friends. His teachers Mendi and Amdanda are wonderful. Always friendly and talkative when dropping off and picking up our son and he always seems to be well behaved and is learning lots! Katie Fitzpatrick is doing a wonderful job as well - very responsive to your needs and quick to reply to e-mails and phone calls. I also love that fact that someone is always at the front desk at all times and also always very helpful and friendly. We feel very comfortable there! Thanks again for making available such quality childcare so close to home!!!

We saw you at Kohl's yesterday and I'm sorry that we didn't get a chance to chat. I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with All About Kids. This is truly a home away from home. My girls, Collette (5) and Rachel (3) love this school as well as their friends and teachers. They are very proud to tell people where they go to school.
After a bad experience at another daycare where they only lasted 9 weeks, All About Kids has been a blessing to the girls and our family. I can go to work and not worry about them because I know that they are well taken care of. The stability that Donna and Mendi have provided is so valuable at this age.
Collette (in Donna's class) has learned so much. The sight words are tremendous. We picked out a book at the library this weekend and she read the whole thing by herself. She loves to be challenged and to learn new things. She is more than ready for kindergarten. Thank you!
Rachel (in Mendi's class) is thriving as well. She has developed some good friendships and loves the activities that they do in class. Mendi is a truly special teacher. I've never seen her stressed out and she always has time for the kids and the parents. We are so fortunate to have Mendi as Rachel's teacher.
Though our kids will be spending time at home with dad (who is a teacher) this summer they will most likely hook up on some of the field trips to keep the friendships in tact and keep close to the teachers this summer. They will be looking forward to their return in the fall.
Thank you for providing such a loving, caring and stable environment for our children to spend the day and to learn so much. If there is anyway the parents can get more involved, please let me know.

We could not be more pleased with Ms. Mary and Ms. Shanann, and your entire staff. Our son is receiving fantastic care and stimulation. Mary and Shanann both appear to be deeply engaged with the kids-often on the floor interacting with them. Mary and Shanann go beyond our expectations with fun pictures emailed to us and even a birthday celebration. I had planned to write you a note before I heard about the birthday celebration, but it pushed me to get this note of praise and thanks done.
Beyond Mary and Shanann the entire staff has a smile and warm greetings for us every day.
Whatever you are doing to attract and retain top daycare talent, keep it up. We have been to a number of your competitors, and they do not compare.

We just want to let you know how pleased we have been with your daycare! It is nice that it is a beautiful building, however, it is your staff that make it such a wholesome and warm enviroment for the children. You have a wonderful staff. Of special mention, is Miss Lisa. She truly loves the children takes their care and well being seriously.

Just a quick note to let you know that we are thankful for All About Kids.
With my daughter coming from another facility which she loved, I was leery about switching her to this facility.
I knew starting school would be a challend in itself. Let along a new place for her ot be in.
She loves All About Kids and we are so glad that we made this wise choice.
